TIME

We all don’t know what tomorrow holds….
We have our dreams, visions, ambitions about the future, but really we don’t know what will happen……
Time is a very important element in our lives…… it is the only thing that has been there from the moment we were born, till the moment we take our last breath…..
Time makes us keep our dreams and visions true……..
Time is the limit to all of our endeavours…….
Some people believe in fate and a lot other things……
I believe we have everything in our hands to make our lives better or worse….. it all depends with you.
What do you want to achieve?
What have you not achieved?
What do you want to change in you life?
Is it too late? Well you have to try, then you will find out.
Time…….. lets treasure the time we have…….

YOU WERE THERE

For you made many hearts,
Fall for your doings and sayings,
And all the spirit you planted,
As a promise,it will remain in our brains,
To us,the love that you showed,
We will respect you forever,
WANGARI you were our future,
But i'ts now different,
'YOU WERE THERE' for the country,
We lost you not your inspiration,
Mother-kenya,rest in PEACE.

You fought for our karura,
Was too painful but you went through,
Again the resist of a house in uhuru park,
wangari you all won them,
To lose you made kenyans' tears fall,
May your generation be blessed,
Wherever you are,God be with you,
Am happy of what you left behind,
A WAY OF LIGHT OF SUCCESS to all,
Mother-kenya,rest in PEACE.

Am Thankful

Last Month was not a good one for me, but i managed through it all, i thank God for everything and everyone in my life. You made my life easier and cherish able.
My Mum went through a surgery, she had a growth on her chest and it really was a challenge for me...
I remember i could not eat well, sleep well and i had a lot of responsibilities to do. i had to work late and every time i went home i had to be strong for my little sister telling her everything will be ok and every time i saw my Mum struggling in her condition it really killed me inside.
The day for the surgery came and she was operated. It was successful and i thank God for it.
Have never felt so relieved. It was  such a good moment. Now she's at home, We are Still Nursing her but thankful. I thank all of you who came to see her in the hospital and at home. You showed love. and i appreciate. May God bless you all.

Good Moments

What do you consider as a good moment?
That is a question i tend to ask myself at times, some people tend to think that in order to have a good moment you have to have some things present like lots of money, Drinks, friends, popularity, etc.  Well I don’t think that's the true meaning of Good moments. I think when you have the company of people you cherish and love in your midst that's a very treasurable moment.
I also think that some of the Best Moments in Life are:-

* To fall in love.
* To go for a vacation to some pretty place.
* To listen to your favorite song in the radio.
* To go to bed and to listen while it rains outside.
* To clear your last exam.
* To find money in a pant that you haven't used since last year .
* Calls at midnight that last for hours.
* To accidentally hear somebody say something good about you.
* To hear a song that makes you remember a special person.
* To be part of a team.
* To watch the sunset from the hill top.
* To make new friends.
* To feel butterflies! in the stomach every time that you see that person.
* To pass time with your best friends.
* To see people that you like, feeling happy.
* See an old friend again and to feel that the things have not changed.
* To have somebody tell you that he/she loves you.
These are the best moments of life....
and much more
Let us learn to cherish them.

"Life is not a problem to be solved, but a gift to be enjoyed"

Thoughts

A lot of people have an intense fear of falling. There should be a 'something, something phobia' name for it because it is real.Ask your shrink. They will probably tell you that the fear is brought about by the fact that humans associate falling with hitting the ground hard and 'ouch moments'.That's why the words 'i have fallen in love' attract a lot of sympathy disguised as empathy.
Have you ever fallen in love?It is only then that you get to experience the thrill of letting go and overcoing your fears. You get to learn that falling in love is like flying and your only landing point is your soulmates heart.Soft landing? you bet.Ouch moments?probably a few due to the challenges caused by the process of mating. You know you have fallen when these challenges seem like a standard four pop quiz in your first job interview.easy?hard?you dont know?you only know you want to make it work and love your soul mate forever. Making love work while working love is what its all about. This might sound complicated to a love virgin but how else do you explain the beauty and the beat story? or why a man of average resources will willingly spend close to half his annual salary just to ask his woman to marry him in a dust overpriced logcabin somewhere near thompson falls?love is the answer and to find love you have to fall.true or false?

A Rose stinging with the Message of God

A rose has thorns that might prick you and feel the impact, Now in this context the impact is the word of God

The Beautiful, Talented Rose Mutiso was born and raised in Mitaboni, Machakos, Kenya. She is the last born in a family of nine (4 brothers and 4 sisters). Her gift of music was evident from a very young age, and she used to sing songs of the best artistes imitating to sing like them.
Her father who is a Deacon of Africa Brotherhood Church Misuuni and a lover of music influenced her a lot since he sang in ABC Starehe Nairobi and the famous National Muungano choir in Nairobi Kenya until the time he retired from employment. Rose's love for music grew into a strong passion in her teenage years while in secondary school where she used to compose songs and sing in the school.
Rose first graced the Kenyan Music scene in 1997 first as a lead soloist in church -  Africa Inland Church, Athi River and later composed and sung  the album "Kikombe" (Cup) together with  the Choir as a lead  soloist, then to the mainstream Kenyan music industry.

She completed a ten track gospel album entitled  Wachungaji   Sikieni ( Pastors Listen) Urging the pastors to Listen to the Voice of God and do according to his wishes which was recorded both in audio and video
In 2008.

AMENITUMA (He has sent me) - the 12 track gospel album, was completed and launched in November 2010. Its Video is still one of the favorite videos that have graced the local Music scene.
Rose continues to sing with the AIC Athi River Choir where she has been singing for the last 14 years as a soloist for most of the songs.

Rose is married  to Peter Mutiso and has two children, Joy  aged 12 and Jesse 5. Joy is also aspiring to be a  singer as she is currently singing with the mother. She has sung as a soloist in one of the songs in the second album Amenituma.
Rose’s desire is to   spread the gospel of  Jesus Christ to the whole world through singing as her song Amenituma attest “The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners”. Rose has a Magnificent back up team known as the Rockers, trust me this guys Rock you just have to see them perform live

She has managed to perform widely in Kenya and outside the country especially in East Africa.

What is Love

What is love? Love is a feeling of affection toward someone or something. We can love our pet, a bath tub, we can love God, we can love all of humanity, and we can love our Grandmother, we can love everything or everyone the difference is how we portray that love, so basically Love is the attachment that results from deeply appreciating another's goodness.
Love has no proper definition but to some, Love is
·         friendship set on fire for others
·         Love is like luck. You have to go all the way to find it.
·          Love is the eternal truth in the history of mankind.
·          A sensation that magically generates when Mr. or Ms. Right appears. Etc
How do you know when you love someone? You know you love someone when you know you want them to be happy, even if their happiness means that you are not a part of it.
True love is about wanting happiness for the person you love - and not about seeking happiness for yourself. Fortunately, in most cases our own loving presence is the greatest gift we can give to a person we love. Nonetheless, the litmus test of love is knowing we would choose never to see that person again if we believed that distance would bring them greater happiness. That is what I call loving someone the best.
All true love is wonderful, but let's focus here on the feeling of love by one specific person for another specific person. Even so, our love for our spouse is very different from our love for our child, our parent, our friend, or our love for the homeless person we pass a coin at the corner. The truest love cannot be explained. If one was to say, "I love her because she is beautiful," or "I love him because he is handsome," one would be describing conditional love. The implication is that if the other suffered an accident that scarred their face, the love would end, thus a break up.
Love can occur between two or more individuals. It bonds them and connects them in a unified link of trust, intimacy and interdependence. It enhances the relationship and comforts the soul. Love should be experienced and not just felt. The depth of love cannot be measured. Look at the relationship between a mother and a child. The mother loves the child unconditionally and it cannot be measured at all.   A different dimension can be attained between any relationships with the magic of love. Love can be created. You just need to focus on the goodness of the other person. If this can be done easily, then you can also love easily. And remember we all have some positive aspect in us, no matter how bad our deeds maybe
When you truly love someone, you love them exactly the way they are today - and exactly the way they turn out tomorrow, even if they have a disfiguring accident.
Love me when I least deserve it, because that is when I really need it.
- Swedish Proverb
Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast,
It is not proud. It does not dishonor others,
it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts,
always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.
- Corinthians 13:4-8 (NIV)
Always stand steadfast in love, not fall into it. It is like the dream of your matter of affection coming true. Most of us do not know the real meaning of love and sometimes people have to learn the hard way, I think Love is like a Sacrifice, because well you might love someone and they might not love you back.

Music

Music is my life, some times  i just update songs in my posts coz the have the right  message of what am thinking at the moment. Music heals my soul

She Said (Album Version)

The Song talks about a Mother who used to take care of her kids regardless of how she suffered, she didnt earn much but she could make sure there is food on the table for her kids, She used to encourage her kids even though it seemed like there was no hope. So now they are singing to thank her for everything she did to them, There is no greater love than the love of a Mother to her Kids

Queries

The Sky
You look at the skies and see the clouds, very peaceful displayed on the sky and you wonder how all this came to be!!
why do we have the clouds in the sky, Will they fall on us any minute now? how are they even supported? why do they change color from white to Grey?

How can the sky accommodate the Sun, Moon and the Stars? When and how does the moon and the sun know how to alternate their time?

The answer is answered by so many scientific forces and theories. not to forget the biblical part of it.

Warren Barfield - Love Is Not A Fight

TRUST

What is trust? Reliance on another person or entity. Its opening up to people hoping that they will not take the advantage of your openness. someone said trust is like giving someone a gun and hoping that they won’t pull the trigger, well trust is special but I have to say once broken can never be recovered, I can also say :- Trust is earned, never given. You can’t trust anyone. It takes a true friendship  to build, but a fake little lie to tear down.
When someone doesn’t trust you then I can say that is not a good relationship because any relationship not based on trust is false. For instance in a love relationship, if you don’t trust you partner then the relationship is meant not to last, this is because if he or she acts in a strange manner even if he or she is not guilty you will always think he or she is, and that is bad for any relationship. That applies even to a business relationship, if a client doesn’t trust you for whatever reason they are bound to not work with you, because they know the business won’t run smoothly with some doubts involved. I believe trust is the most important strength in any relationship and that if you break that then you can never bring back the trust.
We have different kinds of people; we have people who can give you their trust but once you lose the trust they won’t be able to tolerate you, but we have also the other kind who will give you their trust and once you lose it they might forgive you and you might start again, well that is rare and if you get that then you are one of the lucky beings around.
One thing you should always put in mind is that you should always trust yourself first in order to trust other people, another thing you should also know is you can trust other people but don’t put your all trust in it because no one is perfect and human beings are prone to do mistakes. So more often than not you will find people hurting you or breaking your trust, and then it will be easier for you to forgive them if you didn’t give them 100% trust. Myself I trust everyone I just don’t trust the devil inside them, which is the same thing as not trusting anyone, Well things are complicated that’s why we live.

Change

Life has really changed; and this is a good thing but to others it’s a nightmare. Some of the people have changed with the age while others are still left with the old way of living. There is this term that people normally say, “We are living in the .com era, while our folks lived in the p.o.box era!” wow, that was creative, but we have people who can’t change with the age, which is not a bad thing but can be very tricky at times.
We have positive and negative changes, thus I tend to think a change is a change no matter how small it is, its still change, and people should embrace the changes and choose which changes will suite their lifestyles, other than hiding in one bracket saying that the new Era can be lethal to them. Well many people tend to have the fear of the unknown.
For instances our mode of dressing has really changed, basically u can’t compare the mode of dressing today with what people used to wear in the 80’s, We are having women walking comfortably in bikinis and hot pants while earlier on it was a taboo and such a woman could be a disgrace to the community. Some of these changes are really affecting some of our people thus making it hard for them to adapt.
I went to the supermarket the other day and found out that we have canned food, readymade food in cans, so nowadays u don’t need to go and cook, we have everything ready for us we just warm with the microwave or heat with the cooking gas. Wow that’s a plus for some people, but earlier on we used to get raw food from the shamba n we used to cook with a jiko or a ‘stove’. It was kinda fun but now things are simplified for us.
For instance most of the machines that we use today i.e. computers, coffee makers, ATM’s, just to name but afew have been updated thus they make our work easier,  so a person might have problems using this Machines if he has no experience with them
A bird in hand is worth two in the bush, I think change is good thus, All what we can do is pray the serenity prayer. God grant me the serenity to change the things that I cannot change, knowledge to change the things I can and wisdom to know the difference.
