She told me, i didn't listen
she warned me, i couldn't listen
Time passed, now i know
Time crossed, i should've said no
I wish i knew what i know now
though i knew what i know now
so i don't know what will happen now
coz not knowing and knowing is the consequences i face now!
you see, life has a way of redeeming itself
we all think we smart, but we lying to ourselves
trust me, its like no punishment goes unpaid
so now i pay, and people are getting paid
like in the wisdom book, no pain no gain
so i interpreted, no gain without pain
no shortcut, we have to go through the long way
life on my right hand, death on my left hand, so i weigh
this takes me back to rehab
this other way takes me back to a hub
a hibernating place that has no life
so you do know now that i choose life
i didnt want to be a puppet
i tamed a dog, called him Rex and he's my pet
i took a turn, coz my life was not only a mess but a big disaster
an example of a life, short lived and nothing like a star
nothing like of what i dreamt it to be
nothing like God planned it to be
succumbed by lust thus the Apple won
you see the devil in this battle he won
but Christ had a plan
Christ had it all alighned
had it all fixed
but i was to blind and fixed
fitting to a frame with no way
i didnt want this life... no way

WHO IS FAMILY?
I called him Family, But he didn't quite fit
Gave him another chance, but he was unfit
you see family is the only thing closest to any being
the only people you know they check up on your wellbeing
but for him, it was that, for a little while
but money came first, so he wile
so it became difficult to actually look up to him
coz at this juncture i had it full to the brim
i mean, had forgiven, but its like he enjoyed hurting me
before am done with this story i know you will all agree

NAIl IN THE FENCE
There once was a little boy who had a bad temper. His Father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the back of the fence.
The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.
Finally the ! day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.
The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence. He said, 'You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won't matter how many times you say 'I'm
sorry', the wound is still there.

Worthiness
Worthiness, in very simple terms, means I have found a way to let the Energy reach me, the Energy that is natural, reach me. Worthiness, or unworthiness, is something that is pronounced upon you by you. You are the only one that can deem yourself worthy or unworthy. You are the only one who can love yourself into a state of allowing, or hate yourself in a state of disallowing. There is not something wrong with you, nor is there something wrong with one who is not loving you. You are all just, in the moment, practicing the art of not allowing, or the art of resisting.

The Musical Plan B Reloaded
TAKING
THE FIGHT AGAINST INFIDELITY ON STAGE
We have noticed that small things matter especially in marriage issues if partners can commit then they would never have plans aside or get tired of their relationship.
Therefore Plan B tackles this in
regard to the consequences of having a side plan. It is a play that touches on
real life situations in Kenya. We believe that this is a timely play especially
considering the rising cases of infidelity in families. Therefore Liquid
Entertainment Arts and Rekindleflame have teamed up together to tackle this
pertinent issue. Using two of the world’s most powerful medium Music and Visual
Arts we hope to spread a positive message to many through our musical play.
Your support and attendance will
truly help impact many positively with our theme that marriage works.
